Omelets Etc is a family owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant. Owned by Juan and Robin Madera and run by family and friends. We opened our first location on the west side of Colorado Springs in May of 2010. Followed by our second location on the South/East side of Colorado Springs in May of 2017. Our third location on the North side of Colorado Springs in 2018 and finally our fourth location in Falcon in 2020.

We both (Juan and Robin) came from large  families and now are raising 8 children of our own. We have lived in Colorado Springs for 16 years and call it our home.

Juan is originally from Mexico. Some of our recipes, particularly our homemade signature green chile, is a favorite dish stemming back from his Native roots.

Robin is originally from Santa Barbara California. Her grandfather, Richard Zarn, owned an Omelets Etc in the 1970's. His busy, breakfast spot was a hit in Santa Barbara. Robin uses some of her grandfather's original recipes as well.

We absolutely love to cook fresh, healthy, delicious food for our guests. We are passionate about serving the community. We welcome everyone into our restaurants with open arms and warm hearts. We have been blessed by God and love to let his light shine through our customer service and our delicious recipes.

We offer a 10% Military and Senior discount. We love to donate to local schools, charities and events in the community. 

Our food is all fresh and our recipes are unique. We offer a large variety of gluten free options. Our prices are reasonable and portions are large.
